Toronto police are investigating a sexual assault alleged to have happened during a Uber ride.
They say Saturday, December 10 at approximately 12:50 a.m., a 19-year-old woman ordered an Uber.
A man came to pick her up and during the ride the driver allegedly sexually assaulted the woman.
38-year-old Orjon Leska of Toronto was arrested on December 10, 2016 and charged with one count of sexual assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court January 16, 2017.
