Niagara police have concluded an Amber Alert for a missing nine-year-old girl.
However they will continue looking for her, classifying the search as a missing persons case.
The alert was issued by the Niagara Regional Police Service Friday night.
Layla Sabry was last seen Thursday evening in Welland with her mother Allana Haist.
They describe Sabry as white, about four-foot-two, with a thin build, brown hair, and brown eyes.
Police said the girl also goes by the names Layla Haist or Arya Dillion.
Police said they are operating under a court order to return the child to her father.
