A snowfall warning has ended for the city of Toronto, but parts of the GTA including the Durham Region and Peterborough areas.
Environment Canada had issued a snowfall warning of 15 centimetres in areas of the GTA.
Originally a special weather statement said 10 centimetres would fall throughout the day.
Both of those have ended.

In eastern Ontario up to 25 centimetres of snow is expected to fall across an area from Bellville to Cornwall.
“Snow, heavy at times, will start early Sunday morning and end Sunday evening. Local blowing snow will also be a concern Sunday evening,” Environment Canada said in its statement.

Another system, an Alberta Clipper, brought snow to the region Friday.
The snow started around 1 p.m. in Toronto and continued through the evening rush hour.
As of 8 p.m., local snowfall amounts between four and seven centimetres were reported around the city .
Toronto police said Friday evening that they had seen a higher number of collisions due to the weather and urged people to use caution on the roads.
Ontario Provincial Police also said they had seen a number of collisions and urged people to slow down on major highways.
The Greater Toronto Airports Authority said full winter operations were underway and urged people to check their flight status before leaving for the airport.
Much of the snow on the ground is expected to melt on Saturday.
The expected daytime high is 3 degrees.
The norm for this time of year is -2.
