Toronto Police are looking into a death downtown Sunday morning, but no longer deem it as suspicious.
Officers responded to a call for a man found laying on the street near Jarvis and Shuter just after 9 a.m.
Despite a quick response from EMS, the male victim succumb to his injuries.
Const. Dave Hopkinson told NEWSTALK1010 it's too early to determine what led to the victim's death.
" In many instances the cause is apparent, so there's no need for an investigation," he said.
However, after a visit from the Coroner's office, the death is no longer considered suspicious.
