The driver of a Transport Truck that rolled over on the southbound ramp from Hwy 400 to the EB 401 has been charged.
OPP Sgt. Clayton Brown confirms to NEWSTALK 1010 the rollover occurred sometime before 6 a.m. Monday morning.
The accident forced a full shutdown of the ramps both north and south of the 401 from the 400, spewing engine fluid across the road.

"There was some fluid that had to be taken care of, minor fluid leak. There was some smoke in the vehicle, but there were no flames, but that had to be taken care of."
Brown also believes that speed may have been a contributing factor in the accident.
"We believe it was. The driver has been charged with careless driving."
Both the driver and passenger in the truck suffered minor injuries.
The truck was eventually towed and debris removed, with all lanes reopened just before 11 a.m.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
