Toronto Police are investigating another deadly shooting in the GTA.
A 27 year-old man was pronounced dead just outside his home in Rexdale.
He's been identified as Farhad Jama. Speaking to our media partner CP24, his father Jama Ismail said he would've turned 28 on October 20th.
It happened at a Toronto Community Housing townhouse complex in the Finch Avenue and Martin Grove Road area around 12:30 this morning.
Witnesses claim to have heard as many as 10 shots fired.
Jama's family says he recently graduated from Western University and was working as an account manager for a company in Mississauga.

Police say he was returning home from work when he was shot "multiple times", steps from his doorway.
"He was coming home, minding his own business and unfortunately was murdered," says Detective Rob North.
Speaking to the media this morning, North says investigators believe it was a targeted shooting, but add the victim was not known to police and was not connected to any gang activity.
"Given the fact that there are 20 casings, I believe it is targetted. Whether our victim was the one being targetted or not, again, is going to form part of our investigation."
Speaking to CP24, his aunt said the shooters likely targetted the wrong person, adding Farhan was an upstanding guy, who had never been in trouble.
"Probably they were mistaken, because he didn't have any criminal record or anything."
His father Jama Ismail went on to say, "They kill him by mistake - we don't know - because he don't have any relation with these losers."
Farhan Jama was one of 7 children.
The family, who live in Premier Doug Ford's riding are asking politicians like Ford to help them find justice for their family and end the violence in their neighbourhood.
"We need justice. We need from the government, from the police, from Mr. Ford. We need justice....We live in Mr. Ford area."
Meantime, investigators say they are looking for multiple suspects, who fled in a newer model dark-coloured sedan.
Suspect descriptions have not yet been released.
Anyone with surveillance video or information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
