The northbound lanes of Highway 400 near Bradford reopened at around 1:30 Sunday afternoon, following an investigation into a single car collision that claimed the life of a man.
Ontario Provincial Police confirmed the 19-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The collision happened in the northbound lanes near Hwy 88 just before 5am forced the closure the stretch to Highway 89 during the investigation and clean up efforts.
OPP traffic support unit as well as the OPP crime unit assisted the detachment members from Aurora in the investigation of the collision.
