York Regional Police are probing the mysterious discovery of a man dead behind the wheel of a vehicle in Richmond Hill.
The man and vehicle were found on a cul-de-sac near Bayswater Ave and Emily Ct before 7 a.m. Thursday.
Const. Laura Nicolle cannot say how the man died but police do believe he was targeted because of some "circumstances". Nicolle would not elaborate.
She could not say whether the victim lived in the neighbourhood or had any other connection to it.
