One man is dead following a late-night shooting in Toronto's trendy Yorkville neighbourhood.
Police were called to Bay St. and Yorkville Ave. at about 11:30 p.m. to check reports of at least three shots being fired.
The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was found on a sidewalk without vital signs.
Paramedics say the unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.
There was no immediate word on possible suspects or a motive
Bay was closed overnight between Yorkville Ave and Cumberland St. The roadway was cleared just before 6 a.m. Tuesday.
