Toronto Police have made an arrest in connection to an assault at Nathan Phillips Square.
63-year-old Stan Behal, a veteran newspaper photographer for the Toronto Sun, was punched in the head as he documented a rally at the Square last Saturday afternoon.
Police identified the suspect and released his photo on Thursday.
Saturday night, police confirmed they had arrested 29-year-old Donald Joseph Macleod, of Toronto, and charged him with Assault.
Macleod is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, September 26th.
