Cheyanna Cooper, missing for more than 10 days, has been located.
Toronto Police Service tweeting out Tuesday morning that Cooper " is safe and sound. We sincerely appreciate all of the assistance from the public and the media in finding her."
The family of the-24 year-old woman who had been missing since December 14th had issued a desperate plea for information.
Cooper was last seen in the area of Caledonia Road and Eglinton Avenue West.
"She loves Christmas, she loves singing Christmas carols," her mother told media at a news conference Sunday afternoon.
"So while everyone else is doing their beautiful traditions with their family I'll be putting up more posters so I can find my baby girl."
Her mother said Cheyanna had recently spoken of plans about going back to school with friends.
Cooper's last confirmed sighting prior to her disappearance was at the Horizons for Youth centre, where she has been known to visit before.
