An Orangeville man is facing impaired driving-related charges in connection with a fatal collision in Caledon on Saturday.
It happened on Highway 10 between Beechgrove Sideroad and Highpoint Sideroad around 2 p.m.
Police say the driver of a grey Dodge was heading southbound when he crossed to the northbound lanes colliding head-on with a red Kia.
The 56-year-old man driving the Kia was pronounced dead at the scene, the driver of the Dodge suffered minor injuries.
36-year-old David Courneya of Orangeville has been charged with impaired operation of a motor-vehicle causing death and dangerous operation of a motor-vehicle causing death.
He is scheduled to appear in Brampton court Sunday.
