York Regional Police have arrested a man after an 81-year-old woman was robbed at an ATM in Aurora on Monday.
Officers say the woman was taking out money from the machine around 7:30, in the Yonge and Wellington area, when a man approached her.
He tried to grab the money, but she resisted, and the man ultimately pushed her to the ground and ran off, taking the money with him.
The woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The man has been identified as 35-year-old Terrence Rocks from Sudbury. He faces one count of robbery.
