Hydro and water has returned for all residents of 260 Wellesley Street.
Some 1,000 people were without water and power for over 3 days after flooding in the tower's electrical room from a burst pipe damaged the delivery system on Tuesday.
"All units now have power, heat and water," city of Toronto spokesperson Brad Ross confirmed to NEWSTALK1010 Saturday afternoon. "Water came online at 4 p.m."
On Friday, Toronto Fire had warned that the fix isn't going to happen in a snap.
Deputy Chief Jim Jessop says electricity had to be turned on floor-by-floor, suite by suite, so that electrical circuits inside the building didn't get overwhelmed.
Ross said late Saturday afternoon that the hot water wasn't working for about 10 per cent of residents, but crews were working to fix the issue.
Toronto Fire has asked tenants to conserve power and hot water until engineers with the Electrical Safety Authority give the all-clear.
Emergency responders are expected to stay on the property throughout the weekend.
