If you are going to be driving through the city this weekend, don't forget about the Toronto Marathon today.
Over 12, 000 runners from more than 50 countries will pound the pavement in an effort to raise more than 1.2 million dollars to support Sick Kids and the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
The event will mean road closures all across the city core.
The race starts near Yonge and Sheppard at 7:30 and finishes at Ontario Place with some road closures in place until early Sunday afternoon.
