Toronto Police releasing new details in their investigation into that fatal stabbing at a frat house party in the Annex on Halloween night.
Police say during a party at the house, a man was involved in an altercation.
He allegedly pulled out a knife, but was disarmed by other party-goers and ejected from the house.
It's reported that he returned and tried to re-enter, while others tried to calm him down.
Apparently, he had a second knife. Police say he pulled it out and randomly attacked other individuals in line, waiting to get into the party.
Emergency responders took two of the stabbing victims to hospital. A third, who suffered critical injuries, made his way to hospital with the help of friends. Two other people suffered minor injuries.
19 year-old Firdous Nabizada of Toronto died of his stab wounds in hospital.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled for Monday.
19 year-old Jacob Alves, of no fixed address, was arrested Thursday night and has been charged with a number of offences, including second degree murder.
He is expected to appear at the College Park courthouse on Monday, November 4th at 10 a.m.
