A power outage forced the closure of the St. Lawrence Market for part of Saturday.
Spokesperson Samantha Wiles tells CP24 the main building has been without power since around 2 a.m., but a back up generator was brought in to help restore power.
Wiles says some businesses will remain closed today depending on how their product was affected in the outage.
The St. Lawrence Farmers' Market, which is located in a tent behind the main market building, remains open.
The St. Lawrence Market is supposed to be open from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
