Drivers trying to navigate a part of Yonge St on Monday night will find themselves all revved up with no place to go.
Meat Loaf will take over Yonge St from Yonge-Dundas Square to Shuter St with a performance to launch 'Bat Out Of Hell: The Musical'.
The closure is expected to last 6:30-8:30 p.m. with show time at 7 p.m.
Cast members Andrew Polec and Christina Bennington are flying over from Manchester for the occasion and will perform four songs from the stage show. Meat Loaf will be on hand to introduce them and talk about his role in the making of the musical.
Jim Steinman's 'Bat Out of Hell' will start its run at the Ed Mirvish Theatre on October 17.
Tickets go on sale on May 24.
