Toronto Police confirm they're investigating five shootings in less than 24 hours.
The lastest happened before 8:00pm, near Keele St., north of Eglinton Ave.
A man was found with gunshot wounds that are described as 'life-threatening.'
Officers were in the area looking for the shooter but no arrests have been made.
It happened as a man recovers from serious injuries after he was shot outside an apartment complex in North York.
Authorities say calls for help came in near Finch and Driftwood Avenues just before 4:30pm.
The victim was taken to hospital while police officers searched for the shooter.
One person was arrested but Toronto Police believe there is at least one suspect still on the run.
They say they should be considered 'armed and dangerous.'
There is no indication yet as to what led to the shooting and police have not released a description of the suspect.
It was before 6:00am Tuesday morning that a man was gunned down outside an apartment tower only a 5-minute drive away.
He was gunned down in front of his fiancee as he dropped her off at the front of the building.
Police are also searching for suspects in connection with two other shootings that happened on Tuesday.
One happened in the early-morning in Scarborough, while the other was reported just west of midtown.
Both victims are expected to survive but no arrests have been made in connection with those incidents.
It isn't clear whether or not these shootings are connected.
