No injuries were reported Saturday night after two passenger planes clipped wings on the ground at Pearson Airport.
Air Canada spokesperson Peter Fitzpatrick told Newstalk 1010 an Air Canada aircraft clipped wings with another aircraft operated by LOT Polish airlines while pulling up to the gate.
It happened around 10:20 p.m. Saturday.
The LOT flight was cancelled, but all passengers were rebooked on to other flights.
Fitzpatrick said the aircraft had just landed from Punta Cana and was parking when it clipped wings with the LOT plane.
A spokesperson with the Transportation Safety Board Chris Krepski said investigators are in the process of gathering information from the GTAA, Air Canada and LOT.
The case is still in the preliminary stages, he said, adding that it could take a few days before the TSB determines next steps.
