Police had been looking for someone they believed was in the car with Asgar at the time of the shooting, but have since sent out a release saying, "Investigators are no longer looking for the passenger who was believed to be in the victim's vehicle at the time of the shooting, and would like to thank the public for their assistance."
Neighbours told CP24 they heard several shots close to the time police arrived on the scene.
As many as 14 shell casings have been marked as evidence.
An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.
