A stretch of Hwy 401 through Scarborough is open again after an hours-long closure.
Westbound express lanes were closed at Brimley at about 4:15 a.m. when a woman was hit by a transport truck in an apparent suicide.
OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says the woman had been walking on the highway prior to being struck.
