Eastbound lanes of Highway 409 were closed at Martingrove Road after a truck fire early Sunday morning.
Toronto Fire were called to the eastbound 409 ramp to the eastbound 401 just after 1 a.m. Sunday for the transport truck that caught fire.
The cab and trailer were destroyed, but the driver managed to walk away unharmed.
Crews had to deal with cleaning up a large diesel spill.
The eastbound 409 reopened just before 11 a.m. Sunday.
