There are new details emerging about a deadly boat crash involving reality TV star Kevin O'Leary.
Friends and family members of those on the other boat tell the Toronto Sun they are not happy about O'Leary's comments to the media.
He was quick with a statement, claiming the other boat had no lights on, that it fled the scene, and that his wife was driving and passed a sobriety test.
The other side though, is now claiming that the front end of O'Leary's boat was pointed up high and that it probably obscured the view in front.
Two people in the other boat died in this crash. A man was killed instantly, a woman later died in hospital.
Family members claim that O'Leary's boat fled the scene but the OPP say both boats left to try to get help. They say there were 911 calls from both sides.
They say they're still investigating. So far, no charges have been laid.
