There was a major fire in Niagara-on-the-Lake over the weekend that damaged almost 3 dozen vehicles.
34 went up in flames Sunday afternoon.
A grass fire that appears to have been ignited by exhaust from a vehicle in a in a field along Niagara Stone Road.
The field was being being used as a parking lot to accomodate guests of a lavendar festival.
No one was injured.
Fire officals claim they had warned festival organiers against using the field as a parking lot because of the fire risk.
