Toronto Police have released video of a suspect car wanted in the shooting death of a man early last Sunday morning in North York.
25 year old Karim Hirani of Toronto was shot in the head and died of his injuries. The shooting occurred at 415 Driftwood Avenue.
According to Homicide Detective Sergeant Mike Carbone, Hirani had been sitting out drinking with friends.
"Sometime around 3:20 a.m. Mr Hirani was in the company of two individuals. It appears the three men purchased some alcohol and commenced drinking."
A male suspect, described as black, approximately 20 years old, wearing a hooded sweater and dark pants apporached the three, fired shots then took off.
On Wednesday Carbone updated the case adding "the motive for this shooting is still not known at this time."
Carbone also released video of the suspect vehicle wanted in the shooting, hoping someone might be able to aid in the investigation.
It's described as a dark, Nissan Maxima, with Ontario licence plate number CCES 572.
