Another vigil is planned for today in Brampton for the 11-year-old girl who was killed on her Valentine's Day birthday.
Members of Brampton city council say they organized the candlelight memorial for Riya Rajkumar set to begin at 5:45 p.m. to give the city the chance to come together to mourn her death.
Forty-one-year-old Roopesh Rajkumar has been charged with first-degree murder after Riya's body was found in his Brampton home shortly after an Amber Alert was issued late Thursday night for the girl.
Hundreds of people turned out for a vigil on Saturday in Mississauga where Riya went to school.
There is also a visitation planned today in Etobicoke. A funeral will be held Wednesday.
