An Amber Alert has been called off after a 4-year-old girl who was abducted from her home has been found safe.
Toronto police say she was in a vehicle left running on her driveway when it was stolen from the Jane and Lawrence area just after 6 a.m.The black 2008 Toyota Camry was located in a parking lot with the child safely inside after 9:00 am this morning.
The car was stolen after the girl's mother put her in the vehicle, started it, and then went inside to get another child. When the mother came back outside, the car was gone.
