It seems lights and gates are not enough to keep drivers from accidentally wandering into the streetcar tunnel on Queens Quay near Bay Street.
It happened again, and this time, the driver made it all the way to the Union Station platform and got stuck.
It appears the driver followed a streetcar into the tunnel, started sliding, hit two poles and continued for 600 metres.
The TTC installed arms at the entrance back in 2018 to try to stop this from happening.
At the time, a spokesperson said it should be next to impossible for drivers to get in.

Reports say in this case, the driver may have had a medical issue.
The SUV has since been pulled out of the tunnel.
