Three men who had been charged with first degree murder in a shooting that happened at a Pizza Pizza in 2016, have been convicted of murder.
17-year-old Jarryl Hagley was shot at the restaurant on Weston road, back in October of 2016. He later died in hospital.
After police released a video, four people were arrested and charged in connection with the death of the teen.
One of the four was originally charged with first degree murder, but later had that resolved. Instead, he was charged with accessory after the fact, and was used as the Crown's key witness in the trial, testifying against the other three.
During the trial, the Crown provided no motive for the shooting.
