York Regional Police have released the video, of the arrest of a drunk driver, and the audio of the concerned citizen who called it in.
It was on Sunday, July 7th, at around 6am, when a man noticed a vehicle stopped at the stop sign at the 7th Concession and Lloydtown Aurora Road.
When he investigated further, he could see the driver slumped over the wheel, passed out.
When police arrived on scene, it took them a couple attempts to wake the driver, and after opening the door could smell a strong smell of alcohol.
The driver was arrested and police later found an open bottle of rum inside the vehicle, along with a quantity of cannabis.
A 19-year-old man from King Township is facing a list of charges.
