When a man walks up to a home in the middle of the night holding two jerry cans, you can get the idea of what he intends to do.
York Regional Police are looking for a man who is believed to have played a roll in a suspicious fire in Vaughan.
Crews were called to the home on Valeria Boulevard, near Weston Road and Langstaff on August 11th, just after one o'clock in the morning.
When they arrived, they spotted smoke and flames coming from the home.
It was quickly put out, and no one was home at the time. While officers haven't given an official cause of the fire, they have released surveilance video of a man walking to the front of the home carrying what appears to be two gas cans.
They are also looking for a Mazda 3, seen dropping the man off.
Anyone who may have been in the area, and spotted something suspicious, are asked to call police.
