This one happened around lunch-time, with several schools nearby.
And what makes this case even more shocking, is that police say this wasn't a targetted hit.
The victim and the suspect didn't know each other prior to this shooting, although, detectives say they had a short "altercation" before bullets started flying.
It happened on Wednesday, the 3rd of October, around 1:30 in the afternoon, in the parking lot of a plaza near Birhcmount and Sheppard.
18-year-old Elliott Reid-Doyle was shot and killed.
Saturday afternoon, police say they have issued a warrant for 19-year-old Amal Jones of Toronto. He is wanted on a charge of second degree murder.
Jones is described as between 5'10" and 6'2", with a slim build and black hair in cornrows tied at the back. He was last seen wearing a dark coloured track-suit.
He's considered armed and dangerous.
