They're also looking to speak with a young woman with blond hair who was approached by the suspect after riding a York Region Transit bus.
The young woman got off the bus on Wellington Street and was followed by the suspect, who approached her and spoke with her, before she walked into Tim Horton's.
Investigators want to know more about the details of that interaction and want to ensure she too was not the victim of any offence.
The suspect is described as a man in his 20s with a thin build and light brown skin.
He was wearing a black hoodie, long black shorts, black shoes and a blue and red baseball cap.
