Police in Toronto are asking for the public's help to identify two persons of interest in an unsolved homicide in the city's west end.
Surveillance video released by police on Monday shows two males getting out of a black car they had just parked at a plaza on Kipling Avenue at around 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 29, then walking away.
Det. Sgt. Andy Singh says Amir Naraine, 21, was found dead 19 hours later in the back seat of that car, which Naraine owned.
Singh says Naraine was not killed at the plaza and there is likely a secondary crime scene somewhere.
He says the two individuals were the last to see Naraine in his car.
Singh says police want to hear from anyone who saw Naraine during the hours or days before his death, saw the black Chevrolet Malibu or can identify the two males to contact police.
