It was back on April 23rd, that Toronto Police say shots were fired in parking lot near Martin Grove and Finch.
A group of people were seen in security camera footage having a conversation, before two men broke away and walked across the parking lot.
After reaching another van, one of the men grabs what appears to be a handgun from a bag and turns and fires.
The intended victim also pulls a weapon and fires back, hitting the victim several times in the lower body.
He lived, but police are now searching for all the people involved.
