The tipsters who helped reunite downtown dog owners with their missing pooches last week say they are just happy they could help.
It was Friday morning that 16 dogs vanished when the van they were riding in was parked idling at a Fort York-area condo complex, as their professional dog-walker prepared to take them for their daily exercise.
9 hours later, the van was found abandoned in a parking lot near Sugar Beach.
Cops broke the dogs free and found them smelly, noisy, but otherwise ok.
Reporter James Moore was at Toronto Police 14 Division headquarters for the reunion.
