A stretch of King St W has been closed for the Toronto International Film Festival.
King W will be out of bounds between Spadina Ave and University Ave until 5 a.m. Monday to allow for TIFF street festival. John St is also blocked between King St W and Wellington St over the same period.
The shutdown means service changes to Toronto's busiest streetcar route, the 504 King, as well as to the 514 Cherry and 304 King.
"Borg/McEnroe," about the two tennis stars who battled at Wimbledon in 1980, is the opening night film.
Other films in the lineup include "Suburbicon," directed by George Clooney, Darren Aronofsky's "mother!" starring Jennifer Lawrence and Alexander Payne's "Downsizing."
About 340 films will screen at this year's fest, which runs until September 17.
