It's happened again in Toronto.
The city has another seen apparent crane climber trapped high above ground.
Firefighters, police officer, and the highly trained negotiators with the Emergency Task Force are at the scene just east of Lakeshore and Bathurst.
She's currently been apprehended outside the cab of the crane andfter crews tried to convince her to get out and come down.
It's not clear how she made it up there or how she might be doing right now.
Images from the scene suggest that she may have been topless at one point in the crane cab.
The first call on this situation came into the authorities around 6:30 a.m. but there's no word how long the woman may have been up there for.
NEWSTALK 1010 reporter James Moore is at the scene.
The rescue closed two lanes of the EB Gardiner near the ramp to Spadina.
Police announced later in the day on Thursday, that they'd charged 34-year-old Lindsey Flockhart. She faces two counts of mischief and one of failure to comply with probation.
Officers claim not only did she climb the crane, but they also say, while in the cab, she rendered it inoperable.
She'll be in court on Friday morning.
