Sitting down with NEWSTALK 1010's John Moore in studio, Liberal leader Kathleen Wynne admitted that she thought about stepping down as far back as a year ago.
She says she didn't because she had the support of the caucus, who all believed in the plan that the Liberals were about to roll out.
Wynne also told NEWSTALK 1010, that she started the discussion about her conceding defeat after the last debate when the "numbers didn't move."
