It appears, the nurse who has been charged with eight counts fo first degree murder, has worked at as many as five other nursing homes.
Elizabeth Wettlaufer, 49, has been charged in the deaths of eight people at two homes in Woodstock and in London.
Police have told us, those all happened between 2007 and 2014.
But now, CTV has learned that Wettlaufer worked at other homes, mostly in the time after the last alleged murder.
Wettlaufer worked at Telfer Place in Paris, Ontario in a time period from February 2015 to April of this year. She also spent time at Brierwood Gardens Long Term Care in Brantford and at Dover Cliffs Long Term Care in Port Dover. Even as late as this past summer, Wettlaufer was employed at Saint Elizabeth Home Health Care in Woodstock.
The other home she's been confirmed to have worked at, was Christian Horizons in Woodstock up until 2007. So that would be before the first alleged murder.
NEWSTALK1010 has reached out to Woodstock Police to see if they are investigating any suspicious deaths that may have happened at these long term care homes. We're waiting to hear back.
