With just days left before the first day of class, is your child going to end up back at their school or in a library or community centre?
It appears the vast majority of elementary school students in the GTA will not be shuffled somewhere else to maximize distancing.
However, the two largest boards in Toronto may need to do some juggling.
The TDSB is trying to secure extra space for five schools where there could be issues, including at the Ontario Science Centre.
Nothing has been firmed up yet and the board is not revealing the specific schools.
So far, about 30 percent of students are going to be learning from home which means they should be able to accommodate everyone.
If more students return later, the board says that could put pressure on 33 more schools and officials are working on options if that becomes a problem.
The Toronto Star says the Catholic school board is looking at renting classroom sized tents at five to 10 schools where space could be an issue.
The board says it may tell parents next week if their school could be impacted.
