The wind warning has ended for Toronto and surrounding areas, but that doesn't mean your garbage can is going to stay put.
The forecast still calls for gusts of wind as high as 80 km/h into Monday evening.
But in Toronto, we fell short of seeing those gusts around 110 km/h as had been earlier forecast.
"We just got around 89 km/h." says Gerald Cheng from Environment Canada.
But that wasn't the worst recorded. That distinction goes to the Niagara Peninsula.
"It was in Port Colbourne, 128 km/h and the ice was being pushed onto the shore, so that was something that was exceptional." says Cheng.
The wind will eventually taper off as we head into Tuesday, but looking ahead to Wednesday, there's the risk we could see some snow.
