Toronto Police have arrested a 55-year-old woman in connection with a fatal 2016 Christmas Eve stabbing in Moss Park.
On December 24th of last year police were called to 200 Sherbourne Street around 2:20 p.m. for reports of a stabbing.
They found a man in his 40s on the fifth floor of the apartment building with a stab wound to his chest.
He was taken to hospital, but died a short time later.
Police later identified him as 48-year-old Michael Jacobson.
On Friday, March 31, police arrested Shirley Elizabeth Shubley in conneciton with the incident and charged her with second-degree murder.
She appeared in court April 1, 2017.
