A woman is dead after being struck by a GO bus in downtown Toronto.
It happened Sunday evening around 6:40 p.m. at the terminal at Union Station.
Police say it appears the woman was running alongside the bus when she was struck and dragged.
She was rushed to hospital where she died of her injuries.
Metrolinx Spokesperson, Anne Marie Aikins, says the driver has been given trauma counselling and is on leave.
The terminal was closed as police investigated. It reopened around 10 p.m.
