York police have arrested three members of a family they allege were running an unlicensed support centre for people with disabilities.
Investigators say a family member reported concerns about possible abuse at the Hope Centre on Romina Dr in Vaughan.
An investigation was launched in August, and since then police say they have identified several victims.
Police say the day centre advertised learning and life skill programs for adults with disabilities.
The owner, as well as her husband and son who worked at the centre, have been arrested.
