York police are looking for a man they say stole donations from two mosques.
On early Sunday morning, the Masjid Darul Iman Mosque and the Islamic Society of Markham were broken into.
Police say a man pried open and a window to get in, and then stole donation boxes full of cash.
Investigators are looking for Ashraf Awad, who is wanted for break and enter, mischief and theft under $5,000.
