A Constable with York Regional Police has been accused of sexaul assault in an alleged case that dates back to 2014.
The provincial Special Investigations Unit says they have charged 35-year-old Constable Young Min von Seefried with two counts of sexual assalt, and two counts of breach of trust by a public officer.
He was arrested on Thursday.
It was a woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted between August and December of 2014.
But this isn't the Constable's first run-in with trouble. Back in February, he was sentenced to 16 months in jail, following the sexual assault of a 21-year-old woman in the back of his police cruiser.
He's still a cop, but has been suspended without pay. He'll face a police board hearing upon his release.
Constable von Seefried has been with York Regional Police since 2006, working as a uniformed officer in Markham.
